The feasibility study is an integral part of the beginning of a project. It allows the client the ability to walk away with little invested into the site if site conditions, third party agreements, and/or public relationships strain in any way. LLEAD Services will perform the feasibility study on behalf of the client with the intent to discover everything possible about the site and regulations within the project limits. At the end of the feasibility study, a recommendation will be delivered to the client as to whether the project parameters are achievable.

With the bulk of experience in civil infrastructure, LLEAD Services will engage with team members across the country to complete the necessary design phases. Outside sub-consultants will be used where value can be added to the project. client needs, economics, local regulations, and design standards govern the engineering phase of every LLEAD Services project. The deliverable for the engineering phase is a signed/sealed construction plan set along with a project manual where warranted.

Through years of experience in markets across the country, LLEAD Services is confident in managing the bid process for any client that requests the service. From creating the RFP, to making a recommendation based on received proposals, LLEAD Services can be a solution provider on the client’s behalf.

During the construction observation phase, LLEAD Services will work on behalf of the client acting as a third party to verify the design parameters per the project manual and plan set are being upheld. Should any issue arise during construction, LLEAD Services will be there to supply an answer in a timely manner. This helps streamline the construction which in turn helps minimize lost time in the field from construction crews. Upon request by the client, daily/weekly/or monthly reports can be generated. The reports aid in the documentation of the production work on site. At the end of the project the CO will supply a detailed report capturing all phases of construction and deliver it to the client.
