Raised in a military family I saw what strong character and goals meant for the future of our country. With over a decade of experience in the Civil Engineering field, I initially started out in the design industry but quickly recognized my strengths were management based. As I rose into a director role for one of the largest minority general contractors in the country, I realized my passion was engineering but my strength was management. The two paired together led me to ownership. Creating a consulting company with my brother has allowed me the ability to be a solutions provider for clients in multiple market sectors across the country. By taking that approach, I have the autonomy to supply economical solutions to everyday problems. There is not a problem too big or too small, we treat each request with the same professionalism. From the feasibility study to the final site walk of a project, LLEAD Services can supply engineering services and management support on the client’s behalf throughout the duration of the project. Efficiency and teamwork are key motivators for LLEAD Services and how we intend to deliver the highest quality service possible on each project.
